1962 Mercury S22 Comet Rare Factory 4 speed 1survivor in original condition . 170ci 6 cyl , man. steering , man. brakes , original near mint interior, bucket seats , console and S22 badging. I purchased from a family in Seattle 4 years ago . The grandfather had owned and maintained it most of it's life . After his passing it sat for several years, it was offered to the grandson but he refused it . I bought it on Ebay and had it shipped to Fl. I had to have the rear end rebuilt , new clutch pack , new bearings in the trans , u-joints , new brakes and hardware , New front end parts , front brakes and flex hoses , New heater core , recored radiator .
