This 1967 Ford Custom was an actual Maryland State Trooper cruiser. The big 4-door sedan is fully equipped with all the tools that a trooper of this era would have used. Check out the pictures - red lights, sirens, Motorola radios and a wealth of emergency equipment in the trunk. The odometer reads just under 60,000 miles - not documented, but likely correct. Reshot in the original Black/Olive paint scheme, all of the police decals appear to be proper and very well may be exact. The beige vinyl interior was refreshed in 2009 and is in very good condition. There are front/rear seat belts, Ford's 'deep-padded' safety steering wheel, AM radio, gauge package, Maryland trooper floor mats and tinted windows. The big Ford is powered by a rebuilt 390ci HO 'FE' motor that pulls hard and puts out a wonderful sound. It is backed by Ford's 3-speed automatic transmission. The HD suspension is equipped with power steering, power drum brakes and dual exhaust. Steel wheels are accented by Ford 'dog-dish' hubcaps.
