The consignor states her to be a 3-owner car - showing 1,052-miles on the odometer which is the mileage since the car was rebuilt. This Malibu Wagon is a 6 year build that has left no part of the vehicle untouched. This Wagon is dressed in a Porsche Geyser Gray, with a Saddle Brown interior, and is what one would consider a very high quality paint job. She will surely gain attention, as the color combination just works with this wagon - and the wheels ($1,000 each) just set her off! Every facet of the build is documented in two binders. Many builds come with kinks and the owner sorted all of them out prior to bringing us this beauty. The trim, emblems, and bumpers all show very well - and add that extra detail the cars from the 60's offered - Chrome! This Malibu Wagon is powered by a LS3 fuel injected V-8 rated at 480-hp, mated to a 5-speed Tremec transmission, with a 3:55 gear ratio 12 bolt rear end. The engine and transmission are not rebuilt units but were both brand new when installed during the full frame off restoration. The suspension is all new with adjustable rear shocks for a comfortable ride and stopping power has been upgraded with Wilwood front disc brakes. This is a turn-key cruiser, and is ready to hit some shows or to add some miles on her.
