This authentic GSX 455 Stage 1 is a 4-speed car and one of 118
built. Matching-numbers engine with SS code for Stage 1,
matching-numbers Muncie 4-speed manual transmission with 3:73 POSI
rear. A beautiful ground-up restoration, with extreme attention to
detail, was completed using many NOS and original restored parts.
No expense was spared. It is finished in the beautiful and striking
original color of White, which really makes this Buick GSX stand
out. Original factory options include 455 Stage 1 engine, GSX
package, hood tachometer, bucket seats with console, power disc
brakes, power steering, positraction rear end, tinted glass and
more. The GSX Stage 1 4-speed is judged by many as one of the
greatest muscle cars ever built, factory rated at 510 ft/lbs. of
torque - the highest rated in the muscle car era. This beauty has
been well maintained by the same owner for the last 42 years and
has only a little over 49K actual miles. The heads have been done
by Crane Cam and have a high lift cam, new ignition, gaskets, and
exhaust. It also had new wheels and tires and a new hood tach. This
