More Pictures and a Video are Coming Soon. We thank you for your
patience. Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is presenting a 1954
Buick Century for sale. This Buick Century has a Black exterior and
a two tone Red and Natural interior. Buick introduced the Century
in 1936 with a successful run that ended with the 1942 model. Buick
reintroduced the Century in 1954 using the same formula from
before, mating the smaller, lighter Buick Special body to its
largest and most powerful 322 cubic inch Nailhead V8 engine, with
the intent of giving Buick a performance vehicle to compete with
other brands. The engine was rated at 200 HP. This Buick has been
in the family for 50 years with the current owner inheriting it
from her father. Not too much is known about her. The engine
compartment is clean and the engine itself appears to have been
freshened up. The interior looks like it is still original and
needs some TLC to bring it back a little. This car starts and
drives as you would expect it to. The body is solid and is all
original panels. To view this 1954 Buick Century in greater detail,
including HD pictures and an HD video, visit
