7.0-liter LS7 from its Z06 for the 427 edition. This drivetrain
choice made this car the fastest production convertible Chevrolet
had ever made. This milestone accomplishment came at the 60-year
anniversary of the Corvette. Starting with this rock-solid
foundation Callaway threw their specialty at it, namely a
supercharger, and bumped the horsepower rating to 652! For 2013
this makes the horsepower rating higher than it's ZR1 brethren.
