1982 Chevrolet El Camino Conquista is one package down from the
Super Sport. New for 1982 was the front-end styling. The 1982
models sported a crosshatch grille with quad headlights. This
particular model came with the option 305 V-8 backed up by a
3-speed automatic transmission. When getting in this car we simply
bumped the started and that 305 purred to action. It is smooth
driving and has factory AC that is blowing cold. The rear
suspension has air shocks for a smooth ride. The owner added a
spray in bed-liner to protect that bed for utilitarian purposes.
The owner also had a body shop replace rotted panels. This 1978
Chevrolet El Camino Conquista has been maintained very well
