QA1 Coilover shocks are at all 4 corners, and its massive Firehawk tires (225/45-ZR17 front, 275/35R20 rear) wrapped around the custom Foose Wheels (17" front, 20" rear) all contribute to enabling this hotrod to handle like a modern sports car. Power steering is there to help aid low-speed maneuverability, but it's doubtful you'll spend much time going slow!
