Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro
for sale at the Milwaukee Showroom. While it is always nice to
marvel and appreciate the beauty that came with the first
generation of Camaros in the Chevy lineup, it's time to appreciate
a car that has been built to go Ricky Bobby kinds of fast. This
teal beauty is less than subtle from the moment you see it whether
it's the massive drag racing slicks on the back or the
ear-splitting volume of this monster simply idling. Under the
pinned hood of this angry behemoth lies a 489 Cubic inch Bowtie big
block V8 that started life as a 454 that screams through the dumped
exhaust when you hit the nitrous to hit 8's in the 1/4 mile. The
monstrosity of a V8 is bolted to a TH400 3-speed automatic
transmission with reverse manual valvebody which is operated by a
ratchet style shifter. All this power is transferred back to a Ford
9" rear axle which features a limited slip differential and a 4:56
gear ratio to ensure that this hooks up off the line and keeps that
nose up until the back half of the straight line track. If you're
up to have some fun at the race and dominate the competition then
this machine is right up your alley! This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro is
available for sale at the Milwaukee Showroom and can be seen at
www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD
video. To see the car in person, it can be seen at our Milwaukee
Showroom located at 9949 58th Place Suite 400, Kenosha WI 53144.
