1928 Willys Whippet Model 96 was the successor to the Overlands.
Under the hood is an 134 Inline 4 cylinder that is paired with a
manual 3-speed transmission. When Willys came out with that engine
it was pretty advanced for the time with full pressure oiling
system and pump circulated coolant. Which would later become the
engine commonly found in WWII era Jeeps. Finished in light and dark
blue two tone paint with black vinyl roof. This vehicle has had an
electric fuel pump added and alternator conversion done to it. This
is a solid wood inner framework with steel body. Riding on wooden
spoke wheels. This has also had working blinkers added front and
rear with turn signal lever added to the column. Blue gray crushed
velour bench seat interior with shifter on the floor. Horn is
functioning! Great running and driving, classic Willys!
