Add the classic Red with White coves and you have the best combination.This show winner 1961 Corvette was frame-off restored in 2014 to the highest standards of correctness.? It is Roman Red with White coves and has a soft white convertible top. The engine is a rebuilt 1965 Corvette 327, V8, 250 horsepower, 4-speed manual transmission, with only 1600 miles since restoration. The car was originally equipped with a fuel injected system, but was replaced with the rebuilt 327 during restoration. The car is in excellent running condition.The car is in overall outstanding condition. Some highlights of the restoration are the exterior paint, chrome, wheels and tires, glass, seats, carpet, door panels, instrument panel, gauges, dash pad, trunk, undercarriage and frame. The restoration is top-notch and it shows!The car was purchased from the original owner in 1973 with the intent to restore the car by the second owner. The restoration was never completed and the car had been in storage (and not driven) since 1973 until being sold to the next owner in 2014 (Virginia), when the mentioned off-frame restoration was completed.? Since 2019 it resides in South Carolina where is available for your inspection.?
