1950 Packard 4 Door Sedan with the STRAIGHT 8 motor in very nice
condition. Recently painted and the rear bumper has been rechromed.
The interior and trunk compartment are in excellent condition and
the interior was reupholstered in a leather like material. The
headliner was done in the same material and the trunk has new
carpeting. Mechanically, the car is in very good condition. The
engine runs quietly and smoothly. The transmission, which was
recently rebuilt, shifts smoothly. The car will run down the
highway at 70 mph without any problem. Other things that have been
done to the car in the last 200 miles include: New brakes, wide
white wall tires, rebuilt water pump and carb, radiator and gas
tank were boiled out, and a new battery installed. The mileage
shows 93,280 and is believed to be accurate but I cannot verify it.
This car is used in Shriner's Parades and receives a lot of
attention. People love it and it gets a lot of thumbs up. -Vehicle
