Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to market this 1948 Dodge
Custom Deluxe. This piece of Dodge history has been very well
maintained and is powered by its original numbers matching
drivetrain. A 230 CID Inline 6-cylinder engine mated to a
three-speed manual transmission and has the upgraded "Fluid Drive"
option which provided "no metal-to metal contact between the power
source and drive. The big body, stylish grille, and rear suicide
doors made this real head turner. The black paint is in great
driver quality condition and fits this style nicely. This car was
only manufactured from '46-'49, so having a number matching and
well-maintained example as this is quite rare. The interior is a
sharp tan cloth that is very inviting and has a luxury look to it.
The owner does have a list of documented service repairs that have
been done in the past few years to keep it running strong. Options
on this Dodge include an AM radio, spare tire, white wall tires,
hub caps, seat belts, and so much more. If you are looking to
travel in style or even want something rare to add to your
collection, this is the perfect car for you. This 1948 Dodge Custom
Deluxe is for sale by our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in
