Gateway Classic Cars of Indianapolis is proud to present this 1956
Ford Thunderbird for sale! This car has undergone a full frame off
restoration done by a Hogg Brothers Classics out of Texas.
Everything was taken into account when doing this build. From the
underbody to the interior and even the paint, this thing looks
amazing! For the 1956 model year, more trunk space was added, the
spare wheel was mounted outside on the bumper. The exhaust tips
were moved to the ends of the bumper, and air vents were added
behind the front wheels to improve cabin ventilation. To improve
rear-quarter visibility with the removable hardtop in place,
"porthole" windows were available as a no-cost option. An optional
312ci. engine was added as an option. Production total for 1956 was
15,631 units, the lowest of all three 2-seater Thunderbird model
years. This Thunderbird really checks all the boxes. Under the hood
is a 312ci. engine mated to an automatic transmission. Only 438
miles on them since rebuilt. The exterior is finished in a glossy
white that pops against the white and black leather interior. This
convertible has both a hard and soft manual top so you are ready no
matter where you might be traveling. Some other options on this car
include power steering, power seats, telescopic wheel, and wire
wheels. This is 1956 Ford Thunderbird is for sale in our
