Dodge has been marketing models of the Charger since 1966. They have been designed as full-sized sedan, muscle cars and personal luxury coupes. The sixth generation Charger was introduced for the 2006 model year as a 4-door sedan using the Chrysler LX platform. The Charger SRT is a total performance package developed by Chrysler's Street and Racing Technology Group - a rear-wheel drive, 5-passenger performance sedan based on the sedan. Our 2008 Charger SRT has been very well cared for. The original Black clearcoat finish is in very good condition and the tasteful black cloth/vinyl interior shows very little wear. Convenience features include climate-control air conditioning, heated 8-way power seats, power locks/keyless entry, power-tinted windows, sunroof, power trunk and leather tilt wheel. This Magnum R/T is also equipped with a premium 6-speaker/275w AM/FM/Sat/MP3/CD system, full gauge package, GPS NAV, adjustable pedals and cruise control. It is powered by Chryslers 6.1L Hemi V8 that outputs 425bhp and 420 lb/ft of torque that is delivered through a Mercedes-Benz designed NAG1 (WA580) 5-speed automatic OD transmission w/AutoStick. The chassis is equipped with power steering, factory Brembo 4-wheel anti-lock power disc brakes, Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and stainless steel exhaust.
