Breathtaking 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray Coupe
New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive 1967
Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray 2 Door Coupe with white exterior paint
and a beautiful black vinyl interior. This highly desirable example
features a period-correct 327 cid high performance V-8 engine under
the hood with a Holley dual chamber 4 bbl carburetor and a Muncie
4-speed manual transmission, plus it's very nicely equipped with an
independent rear suspension with Posi-traction, a dual side
exhaust, four-wheel disc brakes, the original slide-bar AM/FM radio
and so much more.
This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray is in excellent factory-true
condition as well with original chrome and amenities
throughout.
Lifetime, 2-Owner San Francisco Bay Area Classic
The current owner of this 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray Coupe
acquired it all the way back in 1971 as the 2nd lifetime owner, and
he informs us that it has remained in the Bay Area throughout its
life. It is unknown if the 300-horsepower high-performance motor is
original to this classic, but we can tell you that it's period
correct and we have some documentation on file showing proper care
for decades. This is simply a meticulously maintained classic
that's been driven and enjoyed for the better part of 50+
years.
In terms of condition, this 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray shows
nicely in person with bright, original chrome and only minimal
scratches & blemishes to an otherwise pristine interior. Most would
consider this example to be a high-end driver since it has not been
fully restored throughout the years other than one re-spray and
general maintenance, with the engine bay aligning with that
assessment. Meanwhile, the vinyl interior has been beautifully
maintained with no rips/tears in the seating and only slight
overall wear.
Additionally, this 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray 2 Door Coupe
is an absolute pleasure to drive on the open road with exceptional
acceleration, handling and overall performance. It is plainly
obvious that this example has been maintained and enjoyed at the
highest possible levels and the next owner is going to really enjoy
such a desirable collectible of this caliber.
A Really High-Quality Driver w/ Incredible Provenance
Overall, this 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray 2 Door Coupe is one
of the most impressive period correct examples that we've seen in
years and it's fantastic provenance makes it even more
sought-after. Given that this example is one of the last
highly-desirable C-2's for collectors, you'll want to come see this
beautiful classic muscle car today. For more information about this
