steering, and power brakes, this FJ45's inline 6 cylinder is able
to shift through the 3 speed manual trans and at the flick of a
switch engage the front axle for your four wheel drive needs. While
most Americans are familiar with Toyota's popular FJ40 series of
Land Cruiser, sold in this country from 1958 through 1984, the
Japanese automaker produced other variants of the FJ40 series
platform worldwide. One of these was the FJ45 pickup, built on a
lengthened wheelbase and available with either a long bed or a
short bed, both of which saw limited sales in the United States
